KeyholderLindt & Sprungli Uk Feb 2021 - PresentLeeds, England, United KingdomWithin this job I have been able to develop and enhance my skills massively:I began as a Chocolate Advisor learning about the company and the products. I was able to transfer my knowledge to facilitate customers and their needs not only this but also to help the staff around me.I then progressed onto the Keyholder role. It was here that I was able to train staff, motivate and organise the team. I did this through daily briefs and zoning sheets ensuring everyone was confident and ready for the day and all paperwork was correctly filled and filed at the start and end of the day.I was also able to speak to team members and ensure that they were ready for their day and adjust to their needs where possible.I also worked alongside the manager to be able to provide incentives for the team in order to push and exceed targets for the company whilst making this a fun and engaging task for the team. I developed cash handling skills such as ensuring the safe and tills were accurate, processing cash and card payments at the end of the day and making sure they were checked and stored safely. That results from the day were inputted and sent to the shopping centre and area managers through excel spreadsheets. This also enabled me to celebrate results with the rest of the team at the end of each day whether this be gross targets or ASV. I was also able to suggest ways to improve for the rest of the month. -

I was able to give effective briefs for control groups and ensure everyone was signed in and out. -
Kitchen AssistantGino D’Acampo Worldwide Restaurants Ltd Oct 2021 - Dec 2021Leeds, England, United KingdomIn this job I was able to experience a fast paced environment, seeing how the pass worked. I had to ensure that all food was prepped and delivered in a timely and organised manner. I needed to ensure closing my section was clean and everything was correctly labelled, helping others where I could especially during busy hours getting extra food from the store where necessary. -
Kitchen Porter/ WaitressIl Capitano'S Jul 2021 - Sep 2021Liverpool, England, United KingdomWorking at Il Capitano’s enabled me to further develop my skills within hospitality. I was again able to take orders via phone and on the restaurant floor ensuring these were reported directly to the kitchen staff as well as drivers if necessary. I was able to learn how to work effectively within the kitchen safely and effectively, Neapolitan pizzas require further equipment that would not usually be in the kitchen thus needing to be aware of surroundings. It was exciting for me to work in this fast paced environment, developing my abilities to be able to multitask and my time management to keep customers satisfied with their experience at the restaurant.
