Current- Strategic Re-Branding: Successfully led the company through a re-brand in 2020, overseeing a comprehensive website overhaul. Currently undergoing a second complete re-brand.- Website Management: Maintain and regularly update the company website to ensure current and engaging content.- Content Creation and Design: Solely responsible for content creation and design across various mediums, including videos, photos, social media, email blasts, presentations, brochures, print media, ad graphics, articles/copy, branded items, trade show exhibits, events, and internal documents.- Event Coordination: Coordinate successful events to enhance brand visibility and foster connections.- Public Relations: Manage public relations efforts to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and the community.- Digital Marketing Initiatives: Set up, monitor, and maintain digital marketing initiatives, leveraging platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook, and Instagram Ads. Utilize target market demographics, geo-locations, keywords, and more for strategic campaigns.- Public/Social Profile Management: Update, monitor, and maintain all public and social profiles, along with company listings, to ensure a consistent brand image.- Internal Recruitment and HR Support: Provide support for internal recruitment and human relations initiatives, including crafting job postings, promotions, employee benefits, giveaways/gifts, and internal announcements.- Special Projects: Lead special projects, including the interior design of office and workspaces, contributing to a cohesive and inspiring brand environment.- Budget Management: Create and maintain the marketing budget to optimize resource allocation.- Adobe Suite Expertise: Utilize Adobe tools, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, to produce high-quality marketing materials.- CRM Experience: Demonstrate familiarity and proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
