- Clear understanding of the finance methods that the Club must use - Apply for relevant grants from the SU and other external opportunities in order to secure funding for the club- Manage the payments of all transactions for various trips, merchandise etc- Key contact and member of the committee for members of the club- Ensure that the account is balanced whilst also ensuring the year finishes with a minimal balance remaining

Team Resource within the MINI Marketing Team assisting the control of budgets, advertising campaigns, digital marketing, social media and event planning.Supporting the National Communications manager in implementing the national communications strategy for MINI UK through the deployment of the full range of external media channels including TV, cinema, press, outdoor, media partnerships and sponsorships, digital advertising, guerrilla and experiential marketing.

Galtres Parklands Festival attracts 10,000 people from across the country and music ranges from local emerging talent to high profile chart topping bands including The Human League. The festival programme consists of 350 Bands including 1000 Artists plus their 1000 guests.Skills & Responsibilities- Check in all the Artists including Profile Bands such as Adam Ant, The Stranglers and The Human League- Ensure the backstage area runs smoothly including equipping for bad weather - Make sure that each hospitality room had everything the bands had asked for such as specific food/drink- Be very well organised- Communicate effectively and efficiently- Solve problems and resolve issues- Train and then oversee a number of other team members during the festival weekend- Ensure that all necessary documentation has been received prior to the festival starting for all performers- Communicate formally with profile bands agencies and tour managers - Make large payments to profile bands following contract agreements- Read through contracts and band hospitality requests, amend and return to the agency
