· Proactively source, identify and recruit top-level talent across multiple functional areas and geographies, on a national basis.· Analyzes hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods, and creates/deploys client-specific and/or role-specific strategic recruiting strategies and client marketing initiatives.· Generate viable job orders from customers - taking accurate job descriptions and understanding company requirements and cultures so that an accurate match can be made.· Stays abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting best practices.· Lead executive search recruiting life cycle to ensure smooth, professional recruiting processes and excellent candidate experience from search initiation through placement.· Sources candidates across a variety of disciplines.· Responsible for identifying, screening, and placing quality candidates to fill open positions.· Ability to quickly acquire a strong understanding of relevant businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems.· Constantly looking at new and innovative channels for identifying top talent.· Proven ability to work collaboratively with others in a result-driven, high-integrity, fast-paced environment.· Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
