In my role as a Labour Administrator at JRL Group, I ensure that all site workers are accurately paid by managing Excel adjustment forms and processing timesheets through the Aurora system. My key responsibilities include:-Managing and processing timesheets for all site personnel using the Aurora system, ensuring accurate payroll records-Utilising Excel to handle adjustment forms, ensuring any changes are applied correctly before final payroll submission-Exporting payroll data from the Aurora system and coordinating with the payroll department to ensure timely payments-Handling payroll-related queries via email, providing support to site staff and resolving any discrepanciesI focus on ensuring that all timesheets are accurately processed and verified using both Aurora and Excel, making sure workers' hours are correct before exporting the data to payroll for final payment.
