• Strategically oversees the development and implementation of affinity programs including but not limited to university signature programs (Get Blue, Evening of Honors, Reunion Weekend, etc.)
• Develop relationships and programing to increase engagement and volunteer leadership for the university
• Provide support to affinity groups in support of the university mission by external constituencies and direct management of affinity groups
• Manage alumni volunteers
• Create and implement communication and marketing plans for university signature programs including social media content, emails and direct mailings
• Collaborate with school/college directors of alumni, regional team and university partners to drive engagement with the university

• Coordinate with partners across campus to ensure successfully executed event
• Locate new venues sight unseen and serve as the primary contact for all vendors throughout the event planning process
• Planned and coordinated menus, set up details, rentals, and desired specialty items with client
• Handle multiple deadlines
• Assist on-site to ensure event runs seamlessly and handle any complications quickly and calmly
