My ability to create unorthodox ideas and deliver them successfully in any project. Pairing this with my get-it-done attitude and we're creating new core memories. Leading the Culture Club Committee has cemented my beliefs that Great People-Centric Events = Positive People Experiences.Some career highlights include:🔥Single-handily created and directed a Taskmaster-inspired Show that included 30+ participants and co-created an Amazing Race Game that hosted 70+ participants for two separate office events, both held during the holiday season. Despite having zero budget and zero operational costs for each event, both were wildly successful.🔥Converting 70% of previously connected residential and commercial properties back to the network over the Summer and Winter seasons under a Gasfitter-initiated Campaign, reconnecting over 200+ customers online each within a short 2-week turnaround and increasing new business growth for Gasfitters.🔥Engaging with over 10,000 customers and families at 4 annual Regional Home Shows and local community events to promote The Gas Hub brand which increased new leads and maintaining the customer's confidence in Gas by 30%Combining my two big passions of people and culture with my laser-focus organisation lights me up!When I'm not planning exciting events or boosting employee morale around the office, I'm usually making plans for the next music concert, volunteering at a local community CrossFit event or taking my English Staffy Chuck on a stroll along the Petone Esplanade with a Flat White in hand.If you've made it this far, let's grab a caffeinated brew and chat!
