I am a driven sociology student at Loughborough University with a commitment to advancing social justice and impactful legal change. My academic background in social research and social policy equips me with a strong foundation in analysing complex societal issues and applying critical thinking to address them. I am actively seeking placement opportunities in law, public policy, or social justice initiatives, where I can further develop practical skills in legal research, policy analysis, and advocacy.My coursework includes both quantitative (statistical analysis, content analysis, surveys) and qualitative (interviews, ethnography, arts-based methods) research methods, along with a focus on social issues like crime, welfare, and inequality, giving me the tools to tackle real-world policy challenges. My extracurricular experience, such as serving as a media representative for LSU Pole Fitness Society and working as an Ask-A-Student E-Mentor, has honed my skills in communications, digital engagement, and content strategy—all of which are assets for roles in law and policy.
