In building digital experiences I strive for the balance between the brand's business goals, their customers' satisfaction, technology and team's happiness. During the last decade, I am specialised in digital application development for both web and app. After many years I still love managing digital projects, project teams and even a digital agency (or 2).Some more facts about me...After kicking off my career as an analyst developer at P&G, I soon discovered I was more passionate about guiding the energy of a team towards success, for and in close cooperation with clients. I joined the global innovation and engineering consulting firm Altran where I managed during 6 years projects for brands as Mobistar, Electrabel (aka Engie) and AG insurance. After a detour back to university for my PHD, I was seduced by one of the digital boutiques Nascom with the challenge to help them grow, and we did. In 2010 I left the agency as COO to team up with Boondoggle where I soon dedicated my time to key clients as Delhaize and Belfius and build up my experience in banking & insurance. During the last 3 years I managed as a business director Boondoggle’s finance portfolio including brands as Argenta, Interpolis, Achmea, Evi Bank by Van Lanschot and Rabo International. The challenge kept on going and I became managing partner @Boondoggle, or call it COO, but what's in a name. But after a decade of being part of the Boondoggle team, I was looking for a new challenge, the challenge to grow a digital product studio (ITP), use my experience to challenge clients, co-workers, myself. Today AE is my working place, AE studio my passion.Being passionate, being loyal but follow your hart. Today I am proud to say I always loved what I did and still do. This is my greatest achievement and I will never settle for less. My advice, never compromise.
