Responsible for the Overall Project Management of the Daimler (DCON) IT Service Provisioning System (IT-SPS) in 18 APAC Markets spanning 14 Different counties. http://www.dcon.de/it-sps.html IT-SPS is the IT Asset Management System used globally by Daimler AG. IT-SPS manages, records and documents all IT devices and software products. It documents the assets (hardware and software) with the associated relevant information (e.g. costs) over the entire life cycle and also for reports (e.g. for cost/benefit calculations). Modules include Service Provisioning, Asset Management and Software Metering.My responsibilities include the following;• Project Management, Technical Configuration & Training across all Asian Markets• Customer support for all implemented Markets• Configuration & Implement additional IT-SPS services• Project Reporting on SharePoint & monthly PMO meetings• Report back at Regional SML meetings• Quality Management• Requirements Analysis• Prepare quotations and negotiate with Markets for the Project Implementation• User Acceptance Testing• Support, Participate and contribute to the Global Integration of the IT-SPS landscape• Assist with the implementation of the Genius PPM project• Attend IT-SPS International Workshops• Structure and get approval for the IT-SPS Costing Model for 2014 onwards• Ensure overall customer satisfaction and provide continuous improvement for IT-SPS• Project Management principles as per the Corporate HOUSTON Methodology• Utilize Clarity PPM for all project planning and Life Cycle Management. • Anticipate changing customer needs and create long term value for the customer
