➢Assisting with corporate housekeeping and the decision-making process, corporate transactions, as necessary, including coordinating document review, updating data rooms, ensuring complete and up-to-date corporate files for all group entities and ensure legal good standing of global subsidiary governance and compliance ➢Preparation of documents, including agendas, corporate resolutions, and meeting minutes for Board of Directors and Board Committee meetings; organizing the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in compliance with Swiss and US laws and regulations➢Maintaining the Company’s equity incentive plan administration and treasury shares pool for option exercise and RSU vesting; assisting in the grants, exercise process and reporting of awards under the Company’s equity incentive plans ➢Managing the Policy against Insider Trading and the insider lists; implementing 10b5-1 plans for affiliates➢Assisting the preparation and filing of SEC documents, including annual and quarterly reports, proxy statements, Form 6-Ks, 20-F and other SEC filings; coordinating the drafting of the Compensation

➢Providing legal advice on corporate matters, including drafting Contract Partners and Equity Partners contracts and related documents; implementing corporate governance policies and procedures; maintaining the global legal entities database ➢Working in close collaboration with the General Counsel and Team Heads ➢Drafting and negotiation of supply and major framework agreements, including Software Licensing Agreements and client contracts in different service lines (Tax, Consulting, Audit and Financial Advisory) ➢Communicating and negotiating with external parties, regulators, external counsel, public authorities ➢Coordination of regional in-house legal teams in 19 jurisdictions of Deloitte Central Europe ➢Supporting of the firm's HR department with appropriate legal input ➢Providing legal assistance, support and advice to the firm's Quality and Risk Management team.

➢Coordination of translation and terminology of EU Law into official languages of Kosovo➢Organising trainings for legal officers across the Ministry lines for translation and terminology software➢Responsible for legal approximation of national legislation with EU acquis➢Handling cases in both criminal and civil matters➢Service of court documents through ministerial or diplomatic channels; transfer of sentenced persons; extradition
