• Address quality concerns regarding incoming materials by managing Non-Conformance reports, responding to technical inquiries from suppliers, collaborating with procurement and engineering teams to swiftly resolve NCs• Investigate quality concerns arising from production line activities and field warranty returns, implement corrective and preventive measures, and conduct subsequent follow-ups to confirm issue resolution• Inspect the first off using an image dimension measurement system, vernier calipers, height gauge, micrometre, angle gauges, and thread gauge• Perform inspection of incoming material to make sure it meets the required standards and tolerances including conducting visual, dimensional, chemical, and load tests• Maintain the pool of testing equipment/jigs including calibrating it in the required intervals, purchasing new tools, and maintaining calibration records• Record and maintain the inspection reports for the image dimension measurement system as per the drawing revisions• Conducting supplier part evaluation, supplier measurement assessment for first-offs and production batches• Lead and aid in conducting investigations into customer complaints to identify the root cause and implement suitable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)• Work with multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams to ensure the timely completion and closure of non-conforming products• Uphold Quality standards as per ISO 9001 and ISO 13485:2016/MDSAP
