* Manage a portfolio of clients and all components of individual client sponsorships, including sponsor booths, speaking sessions, recruitment activities, events, unique sponsorship activations and overall projects to ensure that contractual obligations are delivered in a timely and professional manner* Coordinate with external partners and vendors involved in sponsorship activations for the AfroTech and Live Events brand * Manage client project timelines in Asana to ensure timely execution of all sponsorship deliverablesCollaborate with the Live Events team to manage the Sponsor Portal and ensure it includes access to all deadlines, sponsor trainings and sponsor service kit materials for a timely and flawless sponsor experience*Develop client communications such as emails, meeting agendas, presentation decks and wrap decks for client campaigns*Schedule and run client, department and cross functional team meetings and presentations internally and with vendors, and office hours* Translate SOWs and kick-off notes into detailed timelines that forecasts dependencies, asset and resource needs* Support end-to-end planning, execution and daily communication for a portfolio of large/key customers using Asana, MapYourShow, and other apps* Coordinate closely both within Client Operations and across Live Events Ops, Creative, Talent & Programming, and others on campaign needs to align on resource availability, and ensure scope, timelines, and protocols are met for delivery* Support communications with sponsors and coordinate tasks across various stakeholders using MailChimp, MapYourShow, and other apps* Develop standard operating procedures, internal & external communications and best practices to support effective cross-functional collaboration.
