 Production Support- Designs and improves processes to implement new and/or existing product. Recommends projects for quality & productivity, product performance, safety, ergonomics improvement including optimization of consumables. Provides data analysis on quality issues. Coaches workshop owners as necessary. Communication- Acts as project leader/member. Sets and implements project meetings. Provides relevant information. Flows down/ cascades global information to concerned departments.  Continuous Improvement Activities Support- Supports the achievement of set performance objectives (KPIs) for the workshop. Proposes action plans to resolve problem areas. Regularly reviews with the team. Performs process evaluation, as appropriate.

Assistant Supervisor for Molding Department Pioneer in JMSHP and one of the person in-charge in the start-up of the company.- Able to be trained and visit JMS Japan, Batam Indonesia, Dalia and Singapore. Manage the Department- Supervise and maintain the operation, calibration and maintenance of the equipment in Extrusion department.- Auditee of Extrusion department during TUV SUD or any supply audit.- Implementation and managing extrusion monthly inventory and in-charge for the explanation of the discrepancy during inventory.- Prepare the monthly data analysis for extrusion department by presenting some QC tools(graph).- Managing the SAP system for encoding of production task and production output. Dealing and analyzing if the SAP system will not be tallied to the actual count. Managing Quality- set dimension standard of all tubes and control limit/ alarm limit for indication that the production encountered abnormality.- Responsible in Set-up of the Keyence LS9000 outer diameter device for the online quality confirmation of the tube.Process Engineer of Extrusion Department Responsible for Product Validation and Implement (IQ, OQ, and PQ validation).- Perform Installation Qualification, confirm the electrical and mechanical connection of all machines if there are connected or supplied properly.- Perform Operational Qualification of new product specification. Quality confirmation for every parameters by doing the appearance and dimension of the tube.- Perform Process Qualification, in this stage we check the stability of the mold temperature, dimensions, appearance, capability of the machine and also the quality in continues production. Part of the risk management team- Prepare PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis) for extrusion process and update it every term or every non-conformance occur during the process.

- Generate process flow chart of every product- Analyze bottleneck of every process and provide counter measure.- Analyze the 8waste existing in the production and provide improvement.- Perform PDCA reporting in chosen process that have room for improvement.- Generate floor plan in production area by the used of Draft Sight.- Conduct 5S audit in every department.- Minimize the product cycle time by conducting takt time and analyzing the flow of the product- Analyzing the production capacity and yield
