Operational and Program support to two USAID contracts: 1) Monitoring, Evaluation and Coordination Contract (MECC), a $25 million project supporting monitoring, evaluation, and learning for USAID/DRC and DFID. 2) Peace Through Evaluation, Learning, and Adaptation (PELA), a $7 million project supporting USAID/West Africa’s Mission through strengthening systems of non-violent conflict management, peace promotion and countering violent extremism.● Manage procurement of commercial and non-commercial services and goods from subcontractors, consultants and other vendors. Draft scopes of work, develop RFPs, compile necessary documents for client approvals, evaluate bids and ensure compliance with USG regulations and company policies. ● In collaboration with Project Manager, led PELA project start-up based in Accra, Ghana, including opening bank account, identifying office space, setting up administrative and communications protocols, recruiting key personnel and STTAs.● Lead recruitment support for ongoing projects and proposals including sourcing and shortlisting Key personnel and STTAs, managing candidate databases, compiling qualification matrixes, writing bios, and formatting resumes.● Manage project budgets and finances, including analysis and realigning subcontract budgets, tracking monthly project expenses, and developing realistic cost projections ensuring adherence to work plans, contractual compliance and USAID guidelines. ● Lead the development and implementation of a user-friendly financial management tool aimed at helping project directors/managers to better plan, monitor, and report project expenditures, thus increasing programs ability to allocate resources more efficiently.● Support business development efforts, including research and policy review, sourcing opportunities, budget preparation, and recruitment for upcoming USG opportunities.● Provide technical support with qualitative analysis coding dozens and FDGs and KIIs utilizing ATLAS.ti.
