Ik geef leiding aan twee teams: - Marketing Intelligence team bestaande uit 3 specialisten op het gebied van marketing automation, website, online marketing en data(bases) - Ticketing team bestaande uit een coördinator, 4 backoffice medewerkers en 12 frontoffice medewerkers

Ik was als Hoofd Bedrijfsvoering verantwoordelijk voor HR, ICT, gebouwenbeheer, vergunningen, verzekeringen, ARBO, zaalhuur en productie. Ik stuurde 4 medewerkers direct aan (Hoofd Techniek, Hoofd Horeca, bureaumanager, medewerker financiële administratie) en indirect 50 medewerkers en vrijwilligers op de vloer.

Het team (6 personen) is verantwoordelijk voor het maximaliseren van (online) kaartverkoop en creëren van herhaalbezoek dmv data gedreven marketing. Ik stuur het team aan en ben verantwoordelijk voor: - Traffic naar en conversie van concertgebouw.nl- Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de CRM- en emailmarketing strategie- Online marketingcampagnes (SEA, display, etc) en het aansturen van de betrokken bureau’s- Verder ontwikkelen van diverse klant- en retentieprogramma’s- Analyseren en monitoren van de belangrijkste e-commerce KPI's- Beheer van het budget- Het aangaan en onderhouden van partnerships en samenwerkingen

We worked with Willem and Drees to develop the experience of online local grocery shopping, from the story of the farmer and the appearance of the deliveryman to payment mechanisms and recipe booklets.- FrontierFinance, a niche social network for development finance. An invitation-only network for 10.000 development finance professionals. Here they can connect with peers, share insights and get the latest country and travel information. It helps them work together to complete deals – and find a dinner companion in Dakar, Dhaka or Dushanbe.- Plek social intranetPlek is a community and collaboration platform: easy-to-use, fast, smart and secure.
