- Knowing about cosmetic product, beauty product very well;- Developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans;- Responsible to execute every marketing plan in online and offline platforms;- Present ideas for the marketing strategy which include marketing programs, strategies, budget, etc;- Manage all relevant communication channels including but not limited to digital channels, social media, displays, and printed channels, etc;- Create, develop, monitor, and evaluate various strategies including risks and challenges in every branding, marketing, and selling plan to achieve company goals and take responsibility for every plan, risk, and problem faced in carrying out the work;- Create, develop, evaluate and be responsible for developing the skills of the team, both hard skills and soft skills;- Monitor all various KOL and also affiliate channels;- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape;- Conduct product training when needed;- Coordinate all public relations and activities.

- Monitoring Customer reviews and providing responses- Do daily sales report and monthly report for each marketplace using Microsoft Excel (Pivot)- Oversee and execute Administrative and strategic tasks across all Marketplace channel.- Maintenance of keeping products successful on marketplace channels.- Catching issues before they become bigger problems and notifying the appropriate individuals.

- Build and monitoring Marketplace through marketing spend optimization, promotions and new product introductions- Do sales marketing E-commerce analytics- Write and edit product content that will be published on E-commerce.
