Lead the College’s policies, procedures and staffing capacity to handle student discipline, complaints and academic appeals cases Provide senior, institutional, professional leadership for the delivery of the College’s academic governance, quality and enhancement activities.• Promote and develop an ethos of effective team and partnership work both within the stakeholders across College ensuring that a high quality, customer-focused, efficient and continually improving service is delivered with processes responsive to internal and external requirements. • Advise, recommend and influence the senior managers and academic faculty on academic policy issues, both proactively for future developments and responsively on specific/current issues.
