As the VP of Corporate Development, I am a servant leader whose purpose is to enable and catalyze the growth plan of Hyperion. I coordinate the people and information needed to make critical decisions and foster win/win relationships with sellers, employees, suppliers and customers. I am the tactical leader for initiatives including mergers & acquisitions, revenue operations and business analytics.Starting my career in investment banking taught me what makes a business valuable from the academic perspective. Working with clients on the sell-side required me to observe operations, summarize the company story and build financial models to support the valuation. I’m now in the operator arena to take my learning from academic to practical. Initial experience has taught me the importance of creating customer value, transformational leadership, execution playbooks and culture as the core of strategy.
