With over 15 years’ experience in design strategy I lead HASSELL's growing team of talented and diverse strategic thinkers. The HASSELL Strategy team’s passion is people, always putting people at the centre of the strategies we develop, and using data and analytics to underpin this work. The team brings an open-minded curiosity to all our work, taking the time to really understand clients before tailoring solutions for each client. Customisation is key to our approach, each client and each project is considered anew, each process customised, and each solution unique. My personal interest is in the evolution of organisations, and how workplaces can support their people as they grow and change over time. I love working with clients over long timeframes and multiple projects, revisiting strategic objectives as new workplaces come online, and maximising every opportunity to strive for workplace excellence.
