• Develop and execute the company’s digital content strategy as well as channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation and localization, analytics and meaningful measurement• Create the content framework as well develop content that is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, tone of voice• Monitor all content to ensure that it is responsive in order to meet requirement of various electric devices and platforms including online, social media, email, point-of-purchase, mobile, video, print and in-person • Execute strategy for SMS/MMS outreach and advertising, apps, and quality assurance programs • Supervise freelance contributors, content strategists, and editors, including copy revisions, feedback, contract and payments• Recruit and supervise content activities within traditional marketing campaigns• Lead strategic planning with the marketing team
