Strength modules are based on progressive bodyweight exercises to create long, lean, strong muscles. We focus on stretching, mobility, joint pre-habilitation, and a full-body core workout that guarantees to challenge the strongest athlete. Evolve To Fit unites our community by demonstrating and encouraging fun with exercise! We also focus on proper treatment of injuries, physical honesty with our bodies, intelligent programming and a dedication to promote a world wide community.Our SPECIALTY is injury rehabilitation AND pre-habilitation.
