Through my years of work experience, I knew that what I settled into needed to have a mix of movement, team management, and passion, and allow me to have a voice when it matters most. I still feel that those are the things that I am looking for as I look to extend my current position and stay curious about what else is out there and what I still have yet to accomplish. Using my strengths of perspective, empathy, critical thinking, and more I feel that I am an asset to any team and do find that I work best with a team and leadership that is trusting of my work and confident in my ability to get things done. I come from a background of extremely entry-level growth with leadership and from jobs that did not progress anywhere, and through it all I was able to take in my surroundings and make the most out of every situation, I do not plan on stopping.I believe that my current skills are a benefit to any team, however, I also understand that there are experiences and skills out there still yet to be captured and I will humble myself if/when I get to that next step. Lead with excitement and curiosity will do the rest.
