Own the responsibility for Aftermarket Customer Experience and Technical Support, Warranty Administration, Order Management and Fulfillment and other customer facing support functions to ensure operational capabilities to support growth and deliver best in class customer experience.• Direct activities of department managers and supervisors for order management and fulfillment, technical support and customer service• Coordinate and manage repair order functions that ensure repairable… Show more Own the responsibility for Aftermarket Customer Experience and Technical Support, Warranty Administration, Order Management and Fulfillment and other customer facing support functions to ensure operational capabilities to support growth and deliver best in class customer experience.• Direct activities of department managers and supervisors for order management and fulfillment, technical support and customer service• Coordinate and manage repair order functions that ensure repairable assets are processed in an efficient, economical and quality assured manner for the purpose returning assets to airworthy service.• Continually reviewed operational processes to ensure overall simplicity, effectiveness and customer expectations delivery• Interfacing directly with customers to address customer concerns, issues or complaints, ensuring the highest level of organization service quality and customer responsiveness• Continuously screen the respective service portfolio for potential risks, productivity and growth opportunities and ultimately directs the business in developing those opportunities• Establish and achieve Global Key Performance Indicators as agreed upon with Senior Management• Coordinate support with other functional teams including Sales Enablement, Direct Sales, and Marketing• Consult and collaborate with customer, Sales and Account Managers for new, end of contract re-negotiations and extensions for Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA) contracts Show less
