- IGT - Wordventure (Dreamtrips) Support- Handling Inbound Call, Outbound Call, Live Chat and Email based for numerous countries.- Assist member in Travel Package Support. - Deal with supplier, Hotel or Travel Host for the emergency issue.- Accurately record and update customers’ cases into CRM and trackers following appropriate processes.

- TM Net Technician Support - Handling Mandarin Inbound Call for Malaysia Customer. - Assist customer resolve phone and internet issue and open report to technician department.

- Outbound to customers invite them to join free medical check up - Attend some event to assist customers for simple body check.
