Being a brand new Training & Standards Executive in GPL Group definitely giving myself a chance to explore and gain more experience. Currently I am providing training to our internal staffs. In GPL Group, we look into customer service and we aim to provide 5 stars customer service to our customers.By achieving our aim, we are focusing on providing quality training to our staffs. From customer service to motivation, we make sure our staffs receive the quality training and make the knowledge practical in their daily working life. Other than working, GPL Group is always there to look into career advancement for staffs. Staffs are able to have a clear career path in this company. And they definitely able to have career advancement if they aim and work hard for it.

Oxford Fajar is my second job right after I graduated from my University. Previously I am focusing on recruitment and training and currently I am handling more to full spectrum. I am handling recruitment, partly of payroll, training as well as get involved in a little of Industrial Relation.Being switch from a specialist to a generalist is a big challenge for myself but I am happy enough to gain more knowledge and experience in the HR field. As a human resources executive in Oxford Fajar definitely need to liaise with the colleagues and staffs around the world. Working closely to UK and HK is one of the must while working in this company. As for my target, I aim to become a professional generalist which is not only able to assist the company to grow yet at the same time growing and improving together with all the employees.

Advancecon is my first company after I graduated from SEGi University. I was an intern in this company and soon I converted to 'Advancer' - permanent staff right after I done my internship. I am lucky enough to be one of the family member in this department and this company. I enjoy the working environment in Advancecon. As an assistant executive Human Capital, I have the chance to explore a lot of knowledge as well as challenges. My daily working scope is to recruit talent candidates to assist in company's growth.
