I work as a consultant for ICMS Consulting Group, a student-based pro bono consulting initiative. In my role within the digital transformation team, I advised our client, Krayon Asia, a social enterprise, to strategically transition its business to a digital platform that aligns with the organization's goals and needs.

As a Divisional Director at the Council for Policy and Strategy, my role is divided into two key pillars:1) I am part of the data analytics team, where I gather, analyze, and present data in the form of a Primary Market Analysis (PMA) to support the council's decision-making with robust insights.2) I design, plan, and execute challenges for the Junior Associate Development Program (JADP), aimed at enhancing the skills of new recruits and helping them acclimate to the council's work culture.

I am a member of the content team for Industry Insights 2024, where I partake in brainstorming case study statements and designing gamified challenges to enhance participants' learning experiences. My role also involves regular communication with stakeholders, including Sunway and Maybank, to ensure their expectations are integrated into the event. Additionally, I managed the event floor on the day of the event to ensure smooth operations and maximize content delivery.

FutureReady is a program brought by Yayasan Tunku Abdul Rahman in collaboration with Accenture to upskill undergraduates from diverse background to ensure a successful career in professional services industry. 64 participants were selected from over hundred of applicants and presented with case study, challenged to provide business solution as a consultant. Final Pitch is to be evaluate and examine by managing directors from Accenture.
