In my short months of working with San Diego Premier, I rented 15 different properties across the greater San Diego area. Take clients to property and give a thorough detail description of property, highlighting all benefits of specific property. Answer all questions from clients to find a property that will fit there needs. Inspect all property units for a pre and post move. Find all necessary repairs for property to ensure future tenants safety and comfort. Inspect all appliances, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors for any needed repairs/ replacements. Inspect interior and exterior of properties to ensure property is following state and federal guidelines as well (if applicable) owners guidelines for property. Ensuring that not only each potential tenant is at ease when showcasing property but also ensuring that all properties are maintained and within all guidelines.
