The current phase of growth has seen us increase the number of homes we are building and selling by circa 40% year on year. Our aim is to become a national house builder and one of the top ten in the UK.In 2012-13, with over 100 staff, the business delivered 150 completions on seven sites.In 2013-14, with 130 staff, the business delivered 251 completions on nine sites.In 2014-15, with 150 staff in two offices, the business delivered 410 completions on 16 sites.In 2015-16, with 160 staff in three offices, the business delivered 565 completions on 20 sites.In 2016-17, with 250 staff in three offices, the business delivered 807 completions on 28 sites.In 2017-2018, we expect to have more than 30 live sites and reach a landmark of more than 1,000 homes, with the support of more than 300 staff.

Responsibilities include group reporting, weekly and monthly cash management and forecasting. Monthly management accounts review and presentation to the respective boards for Lowry Outlet Mall, Event City, Trafford Golf, and Blackburn Arena.
