As the CSG Sr. Recruiter for SOS International LLC in Ft. Huachuca, AZ supporting Western Region operations, I have been responsible for senior IT/ Cyber professionals for a variety of programs to include: RCC-C formerly C-TNOSC, Pacific Theatre Network Operations and Security Center (PACTNOSC), JBSA NEC, CSD and Total Engineering and Integration Services (TEIS III). I recruit for, and provide HR management in support of a dynamic group of facilities to nationwide, over the last then years I have supporting contracts at Ft. Huachuca, AZ, Fort Shafter, HI, Ft. Meade, MD, Shaw Air Force Base, SC, Augusta, GA, Reston, VA and JBSA San Antonio, TX.

Central point of contact for HR, logistics and clearances issues. The catch-all person for any employee related action items and issues.

Oversight of corporate travel program; managing a $500,000+ annual budget and coordinating OCONUS and CONUS travel for at least 45 installation team members. In charge of reconciling all charges and ensuring that all contracts are billed in a timely fashion. Responsible for providing cost estimates for all DOD, CBP and DHS proposals.Responsible for maintaining all phases of Human Resource activities at the Sierra Vista office. Monitor and direct the recruiting, hiring, discipline, training, new hire orientation and termination of all employees.Act as back-up purchasing agent which includes: Executing purchase orders by reconciling information, conducting product research and expediting deliveries. Act as back-up warehouse manager which includes: Reviewing pending orders to be shipped, prepping, labeling, packing and shipping of all outgoing material via UPS, FedEx and DHL. Develop office procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations regarding administrative, clerical and secretarial work.
