• Partner with different segments of bankers in the preparation of lending submissions includingobtaining and collation of information from customers.• Maintain professional and ethical behaviour by ensuring compliance with bank policy, externallegislation, and internal operating policies and procedures.• Perform credit analysis, financial modelling and understanding of customers financial information.• Delivering exceptional customer experience by managing the end to end lending process, maintainaccountability and engaging the necessary internal and external contacts

• Initial quality checking of lending submissions and completing all components of customer lendingrequests utilising NAB internal systems.• Analysis of customer’s financials information to determine willingness and capacity to repay the loan.• To coach, support and maintain collaborative relationships with Business Banker and the bankingteams.• Pro-actively seeking additional and/or clarifying information to support the customers’ request.• Proactively managing risk including meeting relevant process, policy and compliance standards.• Prioritizing urgent tasks in a timely manner.

• Ensure compliance with NCCP Act and industry regulatory changes. • Prepare Credit Memorandums detailing risk assessment, financial analysis & modelling, and applying industry knowledge, internal policy and external regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with Banking Managers, Credit Manager and compliance departments to improve customer experience.

• Assess loan applications and processing with Valuers, Legal, Builders and Financial Institutions. • Matter Expert on 3rd Party Disputes, mediation between internal and 3rd party.• Prepare Project Updates to Shareholders, Client Portfolio Reports to CEO/Board of Directors, and Periodic Reviews for audit purposes. • Prepare Compliance documentation for internal compliance and AUSTRAC lodgement.• Provide end-to-end loan management and admin support to Senior Brokers. • Vet & Facilitate drawdown of Progress Payments and Settlements.

• Nominated as Department Representative at interstate conference. • Key Person for on-boarding Fund Managers, creating Manuals/FAQs for new procedures.• Provide specialised processing of alternative investments and derivatives transactions.• Maintenance of Syndicated and Infrastructure Loan portfolios.• Apply trade settlement, margin movement and reconcile accounts with Investment and Industry Fund clients.• Experienced in SWIFT messaging across various message types, including ‘99 Free-Format. • Proficient in S2K, B2K, HiPort, SWIFT, and others.
