My Department Objectives:Procurement, inventory management, budgeting, and lifecycle management of IT equipmentIT outsourcing governanceKey Responsibilities:- Lead the IT Infrastructure Monitoring and Management team (five staff members)- Develop strategic department plans aligned with organizational goals- Ensure effective IT infrastructure management processes: configuration management, IT outsourcing management, procurement and inventory of IT equipment and consumables- Recruit and develop team members, coordinating training initiatives- Prepare and present departmental performance reports- Evaluate department efficiency using KPI metrics- Design and implement solutions to enhance IT division effectivenessMajor Achievements:- Reduced costs associated with IT equipment, consumables, repairs, and diagnostics- Implemented a unified service catalog for IT, Facilities Management, Contact Center, and other service departments using Service Desk+ platform- Developed and launched an IT knowledge base ("IT for Users") on the company's intranet- Automated equipment procurement and inventory management processes- Implemented an automated KPI calculation system for procurement and equipment distribution processes- Designed and deployed a self-service system for consumables procurement in St. Petersburg and -Moscow offices, resulting in reduced personnel costs and formalized supplier warranty obligations- Developed and implemented a comprehensive vendor management process
