Assistant Operation Manager - Area Manager

- Supervising the operations of all branches within 1 area. - Consolidating the reports of the different branches and giving a summary report of the area performance vs defined KPIs. - Managing the whole team of one area, like setting the schedules of the teams across all branches. Resolving any conflict between team members, ensuring that all staff are doing well within the assigned scope of work. - Cascading to my team any new announcements, updates shared from the top management, being focal point between management and team members of that area. - On a regular basis, am evaluating the team’ performance for calculating their commission and to ensure they are meeting the expected level of quality in their performance. - Giving training to the new joiners, or refreshment sessions to those who are not well performing to ensure that they are aware of the standards required. - For those branches that are within malls, I am coordinating the maintenance required with the mall management.
