With over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, I am a seasoned executive with a proven track record of launching and managing innovative and customer-centric consumer lending products across multiple markets and channels. As the former US General Manager at Lendable, I led the successful launch of the personal loans platform in the US market in July 2022, leveraging a bank partner model and API aggregators as the first origination channel. Prior to that, I was the Head of Personal Loans at HSBC USA and HSBC UK, where I developed and launched the personal loan product in US and oversaw the growth and performance of the product, ensuring compliance with US regulations and HSBC standards. In parallel, I partnered with a leading fintech company Avant(Amount) to build a new to bank digital journey. In UK, I managed the product portfolio across three brands: HSBC, M&S, and FirstDirect, transformed the business into digital and doubled the portfolio within 4 years with putting customer in the center of the proposition.
