Directed the sales and stock plannings of the items with brands the firm imported in Chain Stores Technology Markets, Alternative Channel Customers and Cooperate Customers. Determined the customer based targets, created campaigns and sales plans. Developed projects with customers and generated strategies for sales and channels. Worked on the project for the firm to gather new customers and sales points. Also, prepared the targets for and evaluated the sales performances of the field force which has 12 persons in 4 regions.

I manage sales of Cameras, Game Console, Data Storage Units and TV for which company imports carried to Retail Store Technology Markets and Retail Food Markets. I set monthly and quarterly targets together with Import Department and take action to enable companies to achieve such targets.

I manage sales of Computer Peripherals, Accessories, Monitor, Network, OEM, Data Storage and Projection products of brands for which company carries out distributorship, to Retail Store Technology Markets. I also carry out generation of campaigns, follow up, reporting and presentation of final user sales. Furthermore, I examine such companies’ inventories and sales, determine their shortcomings and issue business plans accordingly and create needs and demands. I set monthly and quarterly targets together with brands’ offices and take action to enable companies to achieve such targets.

I took charge in establishment and putting into operation of Corporate Sales Department firstly established within the company. I carried out arrangement of company’s customer records and implemented works to improve customer relations. I worked to gain new customers for the company, carried out periodic reporting and presentation of works implemented. At the same time I carried out follow up of new products and special products by being continuously in touch with suppliers and ensured generation of campaigns. I ensured generation of demands especially by creating need through company-based analysis, supply of need specific products and implementation of company specific activities.
