Responsible for providing individual, family and group counseling to pre-trial and adjudicated youths and their families. * Provide weekly behavioral counseling to residents. * Provide crisis intervention counseling. * Prepare dispositional reports and review summaries for Court. Responsible for conducting groups in various areas to include Substance Abuse, Sexuality, Independent Living Skills, Anger Management/Coping Skills and Law/Victim Awareness. * Prepare weekly progress notes and monthly reports. * Plan and execute weekend activities.

Responsible for the supervision of Youth Care Workers and residents. * Assist Program Manager in ensuring 24-hour coverage by staff. * Serve as a positive role model for residents and contributed to formulation and implementation of resident Individual Treatment Plan. * Prepare all documentation including 24-hour reports, progress notes and medication logs.
