I am the founder and CEO of EnaCapital Partners, a boutique development company dedicated to offering luxury real estate which balances sustainability with elegance.Before this, I was CEO of Aras Kargo, the largest logistics business in Turkey. Where I drove dramatic growth at the firm and attracted the interest of investors such as ‘Is Girişim Private Equity’ and then 'Austrian Post'.Under my leadership, Aras Kargo became known not only for business excellence but also environmental awareness and empowering women . I gave a speech at the UN in 2014 entitled "Being a woman leader in the field of male dominant business", and signed the Principles of Women's Empowerment at the event. I was awarded the "Growth Excellence Leadership Award" by Frost & Sullivan in the global cargo industry, and in a special “Woman of the Year” category for 2015, by the IAIR Global Economy and Sustainability organization. I was the Chairwoman of the TOBB ( Turkish Chambers of Commerce) Board of Women Entrepreneurs until 2018.I sold my shares to Austrian Post at 2020 in order to focus on EnaCapital Partners.
