• Management of software development project - started up task management mobile app for fieldtechnicians, with the following features: geo-tracking of the technician, list of production orders, automated activation/deactivation of network services, interactive cable journal. The application resulted in significant call-centre workload decrease (approx. 60%) and increased utilisation of field technician (approx. 30%);• Management of software development project - I have implemented an end-to-end task management app for major CCTV installation project, later this app became main task management app for all major infrastructure development, B2B and B2O projects;• Maintenance of network equipment inventory software: QA group management, bugs description, task management of contracted developers.
