Embraer Engineering Specialization Program is 18-month professional/academic program where engineers are trained to act in the product development cycle of an aircraft. Over the first year the participants attend academic courses from the Aeronautical Institute of Technology (ITA) as well as professional training courses from Embraer, where the fundamentals of an aircraft development are taught. In the final semester the participants are challenged to design an innovative aircraft, from defining the market requirements until the conceptual and preliminary design phases.Career Specialization: Structures.
