In this role I am assigned to the IT Service and Operation Department.This is a cross functional role, embedded in the Tech Department, that gives me the opportunity to work closely with almost all company departments, such as Product and Development, Customer Operations, Legal and DPO, Finance, and others.During my daily business I contribute to the operations of IT systems by managing incidents and keeping track of system changes in line with ITIL best practices. It aims to prevent business disruptions or downtimes, and facilitates issues fix management.A focus on my daily business:- Deliver and apply ITSM policies, processes and procedures- Incident, Change and Problem Management- Run Post Incident Reviews- Communicate across organisational boundaries - from engineers through to senior managers - and collaborate with senior management on achieving delivery targets of services availability- Monthly Reports to Executives - Project Management Activities- Maintenance coordination with 3rd party vendors and internal teams

In this role, I was mainly assigned to Supply Chain Quality Division and I worked as SAP Business Consultant and facilitator. I was focused in identifying the gaps in the business processes and liaise with the key-users, process owners, IS/IT resources in order to study solutions that match current model and future needs and address the implementation to maintenance or demand department.
