• Facilitate New Employee Orientation in a regular base; Conduct training to all staff to enhance employee's understanding on he HR policies

1、Manage the end to end recruitment process for professional level talent and recent graduates- Draft JDs based on understandings of clients’ requirements and expectations- Select and explore diversified recruiting channels- Source and screen CVs; conduct telephone/F2F interview and motivate candidates who might be good fit for the positions- Present.

- Support 21 branches in China upon HR strategy- Posting JDs- Select and change the recruiting methods- Screen and interview suitable candidates- Arrange interviews with Dep. Manager and CEO- Daily, weekly and monthly reports on recruitment status- Responsible for3rd party Reference Check for our clients (including ID\Education\Profession\Employment)
