Transaction advisory and corporate finance:-Support and accompaniment of transaction in the form of acquisition, merger, valuation and more in the Israeli and international markets- Analysis of financial statements including, revealing company's and market risks and further investments, examination of trends, KPI's, Actual VS budget analysis, effects of FX, EBITDA and adjusted EBITDA, Financial Debt, working capital trends, and company's net working capital and more.- Building and designing complex business models such as forecasting P&L statements, FCF and DCF models- Using analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, and more

FP&A at DCG department:- Planning and analyzing monthly and quarterly budget variance reports. - Maintaining a rolling forecast, adjusted to reflect the most recent business events.- Tracking and monitoring KPIs used to drive the business to greater efficiency.- Maintaining reporting packages for senior management.

The Consulting Group (SOX department) - Customizing financial data according to client standards and arising deficiencies in the customer's reports, while informing the relevant departments in the company. In addition responsible for performing complex database analysis and unique internal controls.
