Establishing the Nordic subsidiary of Reviderm AG based in Munich, Germany. Reviderm develops, manufactures and distributes skin care and cosmetics in over 20 countries.

I established the Swedish subsidiary of Babor Cosmetics in Germany, which develops, manufactures and distributes skin care and cosmetics to 70 countries. I reported directly to the company's CEO and the board of directors, which consists of the management team at the German head office. We had a steady growth of an average of 30% per year. In 2017, we established the market in Finland, which is run by the Swedish company Babor Sverige AB. In 2019 we opened up Babors first Flagship Store and Treatment Lounge in the center of Stockholm (Stureplan). I developed the concept and also were the sole project leader from start to finish.

With the task of analyzing the Nordic Spa market and making a Due Dilligence at the existing distributor of Babor Cosmetics in Sweden. Based on the analysis, create a go-to-market strategy for Babor Cosmetics on the Swedish market and later on the Finnish market (start-up of an affiliate).

Change Manager for a stragegic project within TeliaSoneras Customer Care Division (3000 employees). The project had an objective to create service excellence and to make positive changes about service attitude and behaviours towards customers and peers within the company. This included for example to have educational workshops for all managers (150) within the division. I also developed a working model for change management for TeliaSonera.

I was one of co-owner and the driving forces at a start-up company in the mobile internet business. I helped create the vision, business model, customer strategy and internal processes. I took part of the recruitment process. The Company is now owned by Cybercom.
