- Monitoring the sourcing activities for assigned categories in both: overhead and marketing areas (e.g. Car Fleet, POSM, Digital, Logistics, Creation, Premiums);- Sourcing stategies creation, implemention, maintanance and revision to achieve the lowest purchasing cost for the local market while ensuring company quality standards and essential criteria are met;- Supporting operational requirements: understanding business requirements and buying products and services: at the right price, from the right source, at the right specification, in the right quantity, for delivery at the right time;- Reviewing and defining business requirements in terms of products/services needs and related standards of quality in order to establish the appropriate sourcing strategies;- Ensure high-quality services for internal users (Customer Service Approach);- Conducting market research to identify relevant suppliers;- Conducting RFIs, RFPs and RFQs processes, as well as negotiations to address the defined cost saving targets and standards of quality while streamlining the supplier base;- Supporting the migration of transaction and sourcing processes to service center;- Being responsible for the procurement tools incl. SAP, e-requisition and savings tools;- Monitoring supplier performance;- Improving supplier performance by defining and recommending corrective action plans;- Building good relations with vendors by organising meetings, negotiations, sharing experience, joining efforts in search for optimum solutions;- Conducting regular evaluation of strategic vendors and advising them of the results of such evaluation;- Indentifying and reporting on products/services which can be synergized;- Ensuring that centrally selected suppliers and negotiated prices are applied in affiliate;- Coducting reviews and projects aimed at optimisation of purchasing processes & procedures, master process and systems;-Data analysing and preparing control strategies.

- P2P process coordination: gathering purchase requirements, ensuring orders are properly documented, approved and compliant with the internal procedures;- Conducting market research activities, RFIs and RFQs to obtain products and services in the best balance of quality and price;- Maintaining vendor master activities;- Reports creating and analysing historical and market data to support buyers in the creation of the sourcing strategies.
