I am employed by Atos as a Technical Engineer. I started my carrier 2017 at Fujitsu Technology Solutions as a SD Agent in an international team supported H&M Company and then was promoted higher to RIM department to the Talanx Project to monitor the application and the whole environment for HDI Company. I have experience in customer support, application monitoring and testing. My goal is to learn new technologies and develop programming skills. Monitoring and Testing of Application is the area I am interested in and would like to develop in that field. I am a hardworking person. Responsibility and analytical and logical thinking are my advantages.► As a support team member for nearly five years, I became proactive and problem-solving person. ► I got experience in Application support, Daily health checks of core infrastructure, basic troubleshooting of Windows servers and investigating and diagnosis of Major Incidents to restore failed Application or Services as quickly as possible.► I successfully used many tools in my work. When required and assigned, I can perform multiple activities effectively with keeping the clarity on requirements and expectations to fulfill it.► I got basic knowledge of programming (SQL, HTML, JavaScript, C#), about MS Windows Server, Webservices, LINUX and how to use the new Agile Methodologies, , SCRUM, KANBAN► Working in a large international team I had the opportunity to prove myself as a good team player, but I am self-dependent person as well.
