- 20 years of experience in Procurement in power and oil & gas sectors,- Commercial drive and knowledge of EPC, EPCM contracts and contract practice (FIDIC, …), - Knowledge of the Polish market and power/construction sector,- Familiar with local laws and regulations,- Personal impact, negotiation techniques, interpersonal skills, ability to cooperate with colleagues and business partners at all organizational levels,- Networking skills, ability to influence contractors and key stakeholders in organization,- Proactive approach to problem solving and ability to create value through sourcing activities,- Speaking and writing English and Polish (native), - Developing effective procurement strategies and implementing the best solutions for the company,- Control payments release.- Conducting of bid procedures, evaluation and selection of bidders, - Handle purchase orders, variations and claims during a project execution,- Participation in domestic and international projects.
