Responsibilities:• controlling daily fund operations,• analyzing and resolving accounting discrepancies, • assisting fund accountants in daily NAV reconciliation which includes an analysis of income, expenses, cash and security positions, derivatives activities and hedge activities,• acting as a technical and knowledge resource for fund accountants,• working on process improvements (creating and updating the team’s daily tasks procedures),• reviewing funds (NAVs calculated by the fund group), actively taking part in issue solving processes,• implementing new funds received from the client,• acting as a first contact for all requests regarding funds daily valuation,• organizing and conducting general group task requested by the client, • taking care of staff training and development,• cooperation with managers to supervise the team’s work,• preparing funds and tasks coverage for the team,• preparing month-end coverage,• organizing and conducting reviewer meetings,• organizing focus groups to improve working conditions and employee’s satisfaction.

Responsibilities:• analyzing daily NAV calculations including analysis of income, expenses, cash and security positions,• analyzing impact on funds movement,• conducting reconciliation between general and subsidiary ledger and explanation of possible discrepancies,• verifying funds calculation, if needed,• meeting special client requests.
