Main duties:-supervision of work of payroll personnel and local vendors in 16 countries-ensuring compliance with internal policies and local laws-cooperation with management to identify efficiency improvements andgaps-participation and supervision of payroll related projects-setting up payroll in new countries and system implementations-business procedures control and update-supervision over internal and external audits-monthly payroll review and approval-end year fillings control-recruitment and team coaching

Main duties:-coordination of international Payroll processes in EMEA-management of local payroll providers-improvement of Payroll, Benefits and HR processes-payroll cost tracking and evaluation-monthly payroll processing-dealing with payroll related queries and escalations-recruitment of payroll new hires and their training

Main duties:-HR/payroll data preparation, audit and submission to local vendors (EMEA region)-audit and approval of pre and post payroll reports-cooperation with the equity team in terms of equity plans and taxation-control of start/end year activities and statutory fillings-preparation and control of payroll calendar-creation of business procedures and SLAs-cooperation with accounting and internal/external auditors-cooperation with Compensation and Benefits regarding benefits’ taxation-handling employee queries and escalations

Main duties:-dealing with payroll queries from employees, HR, management and external institutions-management of payroll data in SAP-preparing payroll monthly reconciliation and reporting-creating and updating payroll procedures and system manuals

Main duties-posting AP invoices and GL journals in SAP and Oracle-accounts reconciliation and resolving issues-contact with clients and vendors-creating business procedures
