• Acquiring new Business Partners in the field of MVNO and coordinating their implementation• Negotiations and cooperation with Partners in the country and abroad • After-sales service and retaining of wholesale Partners (KAM) • Preparation of models and business plans for cooperation with Partners as well as business concepts for new products and services • Service and consultancy in the field of cooperation with subcontractors • Supervision over the implementation of rights and obligations arising from contracts concluded between Polkomtel and Partners • The process of optimizing Polkomtel's costs and revenues due to the wholesale sale of Polkomtel network resources to entities providing servicesKey projects and implementations: • Launching the service (offering and acquiring new clients), while migrating existing clients to the new service. The result: optimization of customer retention costs over the long term • Migration of the large base of customers to another operator The result: an increase in the customer base and optimization of customer retention costs.

• Work management and coordination in the Settlements and Analysis department • Settlements of domestic and foreign Partners in the field of Interconnect and transit traffic (cost and revenue analysis: determining and implementing of Routing - domestic and foreign traffic, traffic monitoring)• Implementing and coordinating new wholesale services• Analysis of business processes in terms of their effectiveness and compliance with company policy and legal regulations, modeling of service processes• Creating and managing a work schedule (supervising the project, cooperation with other company cells)• Cooperation and negotiations with wholesale domestic and foreign Partners• Analysis of future agreements and constant cooperation with the Legal Department• Ad Hoc analyzes and reporting to the management board
