I am a change-maker - I research, plan and deliver.As a fan of analysis and co-creation, I can help you develop solutions that are tailored to the needs of the client. My experience in youth education, adult training and marketing communications helps me to address a wide range of human factors.- Plans and conducts primary and secondary research.- Designs and improves services and business processes.- Creates and co-ordinates educational projects for young people and adults.--Quantitative and qualitative research has been part of my work since 2015. I have been involved in various stages: research planning, preparation of research tools (for example, creating interview scripts or qualitative questionnaires), recruting respondents, data collection, synthesis and analysis. I conducted individual in-depth interviews, focus groups, observations and diagnostic workshops.Respondents included entrepreneurs, freelancers, B2C clients, teachers, students and parents. I have carried out research both online and onsite.
